Welcome to ZapKitt. By using zapkitt.com and its tools ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain.

1. The Service

ZapKitt provides free online AI-powered and browser-based tools — resume builder, mock interviews, writing, developer, image and file tools, and more. Most tools run entirely in your browser; some send text to AI providers for processing. No account or signup is required to use the free tools.

2. Free tools and optional paid features

The core tools are free to use. Some advanced features — such as extended AI mock-interview rounds — are optional paid upgrades. Pricing is shown before any payment. Because paid features unlock instantly and are consumed on use, payments are generally non-refundable; if something didn't work, contact us and we'll make it right.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing;
• submit content you don't have the right to use;
• attempt to overload, abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass rate limits;
• resell or redistribute the Service as your own.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the text and files you provide and to the content the tools generate for you. You are responsible for what you submit and for reviewing AI-generated output before you rely on it. Browser-based tools process files locally on your device; AI tools transmit only the text needed to generate a result and do not store it after your session.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. ZapKitt is a helper, not professional advice. Always review resumes, cover letters, code, and other output before using it. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

6. Availability & "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, limit, or discontinue any tool at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapKitt is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties (e.g. AI model providers, analytics, and payment/support platforms such as Ko-fi and UPI). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their part of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
