Is it really free?

Yes. The ATS checker, resume builder, mock interview and email writer all run without signup or payment. There are fair-use rate limits so the free tier stays up for everyone.

What happens to my resume and my data?

Your text is sent for AI processing and discarded. Nothing is written to a database, and there is no account to attach it to. File tools on the rest of the site run entirely in your browser.

Which AI model powers this?

Llama 3.3 70B through Groq, with Google Gemini 2.5 Flash as automatic fallback if Groq is busy. One deliberate exception: in the ATS checker, deciding whether a keyword is in your resume is done by plain code, not the AI — that is why the score doesn't drift when you re-run it.

Does it work for non-tech roles?

Yes. Keywords come from whatever job description you paste, so finance, nursing, marketing, supply chain and teaching all work the same way.
